Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp, email, and SMS to monitor your order.

Order modifications or cancellations must be requested immediately after placing the order. Orders once processed or shipped cannot be changed or cancelled.

Shipping address changes are permitted only before dispatch.

Jenima is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

All Jenima products come with a 15-day warranty covering manufacturing defects only. Physical damage or misuse is not covered.

Returns & Exchanges:

We accept returns only for damaged, defective or wrong items received. A valid parcel-opening video is mandatory and must be shared within 24 hours of delivery.

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll issue a 100% refund to your original payment method. Once shipped, cancellations and refunds are not possible.
