Shipping Coverage

With the help of our trusted courier partners, Jenimajewels.com delivers to almost every address across India. We currently do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Prepaid Shipping on all orders above ₹299.
  • For orders below ₹299, a shipping fee of ₹49 will be charged.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders above ₹499 only.
  • A ₹49 COD handling fee applies to all COD orders.
  • There are no hidden charges — all fees are shown clearly at checkout.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Monday–Saturday) are processed within 0–1 working day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on Sundays, or on public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Shipping Time

Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 5–7 working days (Monday–Saturday) depending on your delivery location. Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to courier logistics or unforeseen delays.

Tracking Your Order

  • You will receive a tracking number via email and/or WhatsApp once your order is shipped.
  • You can track your shipment directly through our courier partner’s tracking portal.
  • For any tracking assistance, feel free to contact our support team.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

  • If you’ve entered an incorrect address or need to modify/cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing the order.
  • Once the order has been shipped, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible.
  • Orders placed over weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
