Shipping Coverage

With the help of our trusted courier partners, Jenimajewels.com delivers to almost every address across India. We currently do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Monday–Saturday) are processed within 0–1 working day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on Sundays, or on public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Shipping & Partial COD

Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders.
A minimum advance payment of ₹150 is required before your order is dispatched.
For higher-value orders, the advance payment may be up to 15% of the total order value.
The remaining balance will be payable at the time of delivery.
The advance payment is adjusted against your total order value and is not an additional charge.
Orders will be processed and shipped only after the required partial payment has been successfully received.
Free Prepaid Shipping on all orders above ₹299.
For orders below ₹299, a shipping fee of ₹49 will be charged.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders above ₹499 only.

Example For an order of ₹1,500:

Advance payment: up to ₹225 (15%)
Remaining ₹1,275 payable at delivery.

For an order where 15% is less than ₹150, the applicable minimum advance will be ₹150.

Prepaid Orders

Customers may also choose to pay the full order amount online at checkout.
Prepaid orders do not require any additional payment at the time of delivery.

Shipping Time

Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 5–7 working days (Monday–Saturday) depending on your delivery location. Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to courier logistics or unforeseen delays.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number via email and/or WhatsApp once your order is shipped.
You can track your shipment directly through our courier partner’s tracking portal.
For any tracking assistance, feel free to contact our support team.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

If you’ve entered an incorrect address or need to modify/cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing the order.
Once the order has been shipped, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible.
Orders placed over weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
